Ava tells her new boyfriend about her sexual fetish of being choked out. He’s initially hesitant to hurt her, but after she assures him she wants it, he grabs her throat and squeezes on the sides to cut the blood flow to her head. Ava’s eyes glaze over and she drifts peacefully into unconsciousness. Her boyfriend soon discovers that he too is turned on by playing with her limp, unresponsive body. When Ava wakes up to find herself topless, she becomes excited that he’s enjoying himself, and begs to be choked out again.
